About Sensoterra

Of all the water on our planet, only 3% is freshwater, of which more than two-thirds is locked in ice caps and glaciers. This means that less than 1% of all the water on Earth is available for human use. A shortage of – or an excess of – water leads to major challenges worldwide, ranging from droughts and crop failures to floods and inefficient water use.

At SensoTerra, our mission is to enable global water management platforms and solutions. We help by β€˜Making Sense of Water’: providing simple, robust, and affordable wireless soil moisture sensors. Our sensors are quick and easy to install, seamlessly integrate with existing systems, and provide users with real-time insights into soil moisture. In doing so, we support sectors such as agriculture, horticulture, smart cities, and landscaping in more efficient and sustainable water management.

We are part of Curious Inc., an innovative platform that brings together several successful companies, including Dation, Autofox, Opleidingsplatform, YesHugo, FLOW, and ConnectedGreen. Curious Inc. focuses on telematics, software, and big data and develops sustainable, efficient, and smart solutions for a wide range of sectors. By combining curiosity, talent, and technological innovation, we aim to be the global leader in smart mobility and management systems.
